21 Days that will change your life!

I have got to hand it to Beachbody because they have done it again!  We have all been impatiently waiting for the release of the 21 Day Fix and it finally happened on Monday.  When I heard this program was coming out, I was extra excited!  I think that this program package is revolutionary in what it's offering.  So what makes it so different?  With this program you will receive different size and colored food storage containers.  Using the food guides, you will fill those containers with your food choices.  There is no counting calories, carbs, fats, proteins, points, etc.  There is no weighing your food or worrying about the proper portion sizes.  If it fits in the container you eat it, if it doesn't you don't ... period!  There simply is NO guesswork!  I have been a health and fitness coach for awhile now and the number one thing I see sabotaging peoples results is their nutrition.  You can be working out 6 days per week but if you're not addressing your nutrition at the same time you will be spinning your wheels.  Once you get your fitness and nutrition in sync your body starts transforming into it's healthiest form.  This program is designed to do just that ....
